This asymmetrical Tubular Vessel is a handbuilt ceramic vase by Tauranga based artist Slab Ceramics. Her work draws from wabi sabi philosophy of embracing imperfections as a way of life. Each vessel is handmade from satin cream speckled clay and glazed to make these waterproof. The industrial form combined with soft hand impressions creates a raw effect to this ceramic.  

Due to the handmade nature of these vessels, each one is slight different and varies minorly in dimensions.
